While I won't recommend turning (alcoholic) cocktails into an everyday passion, mixology can be an interesting addition to anybody with a passion for cuisine. A basic four-piece set is a great way to start your journey.

To me, the Boston-style shaker is ideal because it is tough and easy to clean, but you should definitely look into other options depending on the style of cocktails you want to make.
