One of the most compact monopods that still extends to a sizeable 51cm (20") while concealing a little tripod that allows you to stand up your camera. Easily fits inside a purse, and the extending tubes are made from durable aluminum. This grip/monopod has become my on-the-go standard for shooting with the Insta360 X4.

To use any camera or accessory with a standard 1/4" thread, you'll need a GoPro-to-1/4" adapter. I noticed that the round base was visible in the Insta360 footage, but it was relatively easy to trim the piece. If you don't mind investing 30–60 minutes, I can highly recommend this model over the shorter ones.
